Do you believe that this is a 50-year-old pensioner? (15 photos)

At first glance, this is an ordinary photo of a young couple. Your eyes refuse to believe it, but in reality it’s a mother and a son: he’s 22, and she’s 50!

Liu Yeling was born in 1968 in the Chinese province of Henan. She is 15 years old on the left, and 49 on the right! But they are not very different. More than four decades later, the former librarian, now a pensioner, does not look much older! How did this woman stop time?

Millions of people around the world refuse to believe that this clean, elastic skin without a single wrinkle and a slim, smart body belongs to a 50-year-old woman. But Liu Elin in confirmation demonstrates his passport.

“People often do not believe me when I tell them that I’m almost 50 years old,” she admits. “Whenever I go shopping, I’m surrounded by crowds of strangers who want to know my secret.”

But Liu’s secret is simple: “If you think that you do not look like you want, it’s because you have not sweated enough.” And adds: “I feel that I’m still 15”.

The woman says that this appearance gives her a lot of problems. People often take her 22-year-old son for her boyfriend.

Although the active mother has an enviable olive skin and an impeccable complexion, she claims that she rarely uses cosmetics.

Instead, Liu, a fitness fan, explains his youthful appearance with regular exercises, which she has been doing for three decades.

“I swim in the lake and every day I do weight lifting,” she said. – My favorite pastime is swimming in the fresh air in the winter. When everyone wears down jackets, I undress and dive into the frosty water. This is a test of my will and perseverance. I often had to force myself to do it. “

Nevertheless, 30 years of walrus helped Liu acquire a body with which it is difficult to compete even with supermodels.

In social networks, Liu daily demonstrates his figure, laying out photographs in which she is depicted in bright sportswear or in a bikini.

These photos not only earned Lee 75,000 subscriber social networks for Liu, but also attracted the attention of dozens of television directors who struggled to ask her to participate in their programs.

Liu Elin emphasizes that the hard training regime exacerbated her character and made her strong. She swam across the Yangtze River in China and the Han River in South Korea. And in March 2016 set a task: the first time to swim the sea. She successfully crossed the Straits of Malacca, departing from the coast of Penang, Malaysia.

“Probably, this is the most difficult thing that I have done in my life so far. I used to swim in rivers and lakes, but I never bathed in the sea. I fought because my glasses filtered and it seemed to me that there were a lot of incisions in my tongue, and when the salt water came into my mouth, it was unbearably painful

Despite the tests, Liu successfully crossed a discontinuous canal 12 km long (7.48 miles) without stopping for four hours.

She was still excited when she described what had been achieved: “For me, an ordinary person, it was a great challenge and a great success.”

Now she dreams of traveling the world. “I’m a spontaneous person, so I could pack my bag and go to Europe on a whim.”

“I want to stay as beautiful when I turn 80”, says Liu.

“I share my story, because I want to inspire many women to play sports and be beautiful and self-confident,” Liu says in conclusion.

And what do you think, what is the secret of the ideal body of this woman: magic, genetics or hard work on yourself?
