“Rider” – this exercise is just a super fat burning!

Applying it, you can easily lose the hated riding breeches and achieve the ideal shape of the thighs and buttocks, the fat will be lost, and the legs will become magnificently slender.

This means is called the Horseman – an exercise that not only burns fat, but also raises immunity. The technique of its execution resembles a body flex, but the action is tens times more powerful.

Exercise “Horseman”

  • We stand with hands outstretched, palms together, feet shoulder width or slightly wider.
  • After a quiet breath, we make an energetic exhalation through the mouth, while the sound resembles something between the “groin” or “bang”.
  • We tighten the stomach and crouch down to the position sitting on the bench, while the hips are parallel to the floor, and the hands are maximally extended upwards.
  • Do not breathe, hold the pose as possible (5-15 seconds), straighten, lowering his hands through the sides, and, while standing, calmly inhale.
  • Run three times.
  • If you do at least 3 times a day 3 times – you will be amazed at the results.
